Maricelle's Trial

Maricelle was looking for a soft romantic hairstyle for her wedding day. She will be getting married outside near the water, and hopefully there will be a beautiful breeze, flowing through her hair.


Maricelle also had her hair done for her Maid of Honour's wedding back in March.

Kristin's Trial

What a fun trial! Kristin sent me a photograph of the make-up that she was wanting to have for her wedding day, and when I opened the attachment, I was pleasantly surprised. She wanted a more dramatic look, and I had so much fun achieving that look for her!

Website Changes

There have been some changes made to the website. We have added a link back to the blog, as well as a links page that will take you to some wonderful vendors! We are still in the process of updating the gallery, and I can't wait for it to be finished. I hope you all enjoy the changes. I would love to hear any feedback.

Tammy's Trial Run

I had a wonderful time with Tammy on Sunday. She was not sure what hairstyle she wanted, so we did a straight sleek look and a curly, soft/romantic look. She decided to go with the second style, and I agree it really suited her. We also tried using her tiara, but decided against using it. For her make-up she wanted shades of plum and more dramatic on her eyes.

Close To My Heart - Stamping and Scrapbooking

I am also a consultant for Close To My Heart, a company that provides supplies for Stamping and scrapbooking. It really is a lot of fun! I guess another creative outlet for me. You can check out their website at http://www.closetomyheart.com/. I hosted a party on April 6th, with a wonderful group of ladies. I demonstrated some of the Close To My Heart Products, and everyone made a card to take home. We had lots of fun!

Bronwyn's Trial Run

I wasn't sure how to start my blog, so I figured why not start it with the current month we are in? So that's what I did.

Bronwyn was the first lovely lady of the month. She was going for a romantic soft look with both her hair an make-up. Her bridesmaids dresses are pink so we tied that element into her make-up. Her veil was just gorgeous!
