Kerri's Wedding - March 28th, 2009

Kerri's wedding was the first one of the year for Gibson Glamour In Motion. I am happy to have Laura join our team as a hairdresser, she did a great job! Joy is still doing make-up for us, and continuing to do an excellent job! We look forward to a very busy season ahead.

Kerri's wedding started off early in the morning at the Sheraton Hotel in Hamilton. She had her ceremony at the Ancaster Old Mill and her reception at Olympia Banquet Centre. What a beautiful day! I was having a few issues with my camera, and there are a few blurry photos. You may notice from the photos of Kerri's trial that we changed her hairstyle a little. Kerri wanted a less structured hairstyle, less loopy, and we achieved the style she was looking for! Congratulations Kerri!

Carrie is Kerri's Maid of Honour. She is 3 and a half weeks away from giving birth to her second child. I did her hair and make-up. She wanted this hairstyle for her wedding, and for another wedding that she was in, and she didn't get it, so she was very excited to finally get the look she wanted. Carrie's mother also made the dresses for the bridesmaids. Carrie was also one of the photographers. I look forward to seeing some of the very funny and unique pictures she was taking. Amanda's Hair and Make-up Trial - March 23, 2009

I meet with Amanda and her Fiance Mike this evening for her hair and make-up trial. Amanda and Mike are getting married this summer at their family church in Toronto, and then having the reception in Mississauga.

Amanda brought her eyeshadow to me, and it was bright lime green! I think it looks great on her!

Carrie's Hair and Make-up Trial - March 21, 2009

Carrie and her sister Johanna came for their trial. Carrie will be getting married and having her reception all at the same place, that being Fantasy Farms in Toronto. Carrie will be getting married in April, a nice Spring wedding! Carrie, her sister, Johanna, and I all went to the same high school. Although we didn't know each other, we did know a few of the same people! What a small world!

Johanna had just a hair trial. We will be doing it a little less tight on the day of the wedding.

Sondra's 2nd Hair trial - March 8th, 2009

Sondra had a second hair trial as she wanted to try something different. She thinks this look is a little more bridal and formal, and I agree. This is the look she will be going with. Not too long now Sondra!!!
