Sarah's Hair Trial - July 31st, 2008

Tonight I met with Sarah for her hair trial. Sarah is getting married next week in Lowville Park and her reception is at Burlington Art Centre.

Kathi's Make-up Trial

Last night I met with Kathi and her bridesmaid, and her BM's cute little boy! What a good sport he was just waiting for us to finish up! Then again, he was only 6 months old, where else was he going to go? :)

Alona's Hair Trial - July 27

I met with Alona yesterday for her hair trial. I just loved her veil! She added rhinestones to the clip and it really suited her hairstyle!

Correna's Hair and Make-up Trial

I met with Correna and her bridesmaid Tracey yesterday. Correna is getting married in a couple of weeks at Fantasy Farm.

Marie's Hair and Make-up trial - July 22

We did two styles for Marie, and she will be going with the second one. Marie is getting married up north at The Couples Resort in Algonquin Park. Marie also has her own business, she supplies homemade natural skin care products, check out her website. Marie Chantal

Joan's Hair Trial - July 21st

I met with Joan and her fiance and mom the other day. We did three hairstyles for her, as she isn't sure what she wants done.

Kim's Hair Trial

Last night I met with Kim and her sister (MOH), bridesmaid and her mom. Kim will be getting married at the Oakville Conference Centre in September.

Karina's Wedding - July 20th

Unfortunately it was quite a rainy weekend, and I hope it had cleared up enough for Karina to have her wedding outside at the Ancaster Old Mill.

Natalie's Wedding - July 19, 2008

I had the pleasure of doing Natalie and her wedding party's hair and make-up on Saturday! Natalie and I actually knew each other about 14 years ago, she now lives in Peru, and through facebook she got in contact with me. Her reception was being held at Ellas Banquet Hall in Toronto, Ontario. Congratulations Natalie!!!

A Family Affair

Well it seems that my family is drawn to the wedding industry :) As you may or may not be aware, my brother-in-law, Bryan Gibson, is the Head Chef at The Old Mill in Ancaster. There is a very nice article written about him today in thespec.com. My husband, Mike Gibson of Gibson Precision Photography, who specializes in wedding photography, told his brother that it was a terrible picture of him in the article and he should let him know next time and HE will take the picture...lol.

April's Hair and Make-up Trial - July 16, 2008

Last night I met with April for her hair and Make-up trial, while her fiance, Jordan, met with Mike (my husband) of Gibson Precision Photography about their wedding photography. What a great couple!

Marilyn's Hair and Make-up Trial - July 13, 2008

Marilyn's hair and make-up trial was yesterday. She travelled from Barrie on Saturday to have her Stag and Doe in Mississauga, and before heading to her trial she went to see her dress at the bridal salon. Unfortunately, they ordered the wrong dress! Please keep your fingers crossed for Marilyn that they get her dress ordered and in, well in advance of her October 3rd, 2008 wedding.

Elyanne's Hair and Make-up Trial - July 12, 2008

Elyanne had her hair and make-up trial on Saturday. She will be getting married at a winery in Jordan in a couple of weeks. A small intimate wedding.

Emily's Hair and Make-up Trial

Last night was Emily's hair and make-up trial. She will be getting married in a Barn at Country Heritage Park - what a unique wedding it will be! She wanted a loose, semi-messy updo. I also had the pleasure of meeting her mom and her very adorable little sister.
